Find and Protect your Peace (FAPP)

A support & coaching group for survivors of narcissistic
abuse—from any relationship.

What is Find and Protect your Peace?

This group is for the ones who are waking up. For the women and men who are realizing, slowly or suddenly, that something wasn’t just “dysfunctional”—it was abuse. Emotional, psychological, spiritual, insidious.

If you've been hurt by a narcissistic parent, partner, friend, boss, or anyone who left you questioning your worth or reality—you’re not alone. You are seen. And this space was created for you.

Find and Protect Peace is a community of survivors learning how to reclaim what was stolen: trust in themselves, clarity in their minds, and calm in their bodies. We’re here to break the cycle, rebuild confidence, and return to a life that feels like yours.

What to Expect:

Clarity Through Education

We’ll explore narcissistic behaviors, gaslighting, trauma bonding, flying monkeys, and all the “wait—that’s what that was?” moments that bring healing clarity.

Emotional Regulation Tools

You’ll learn practices that help calm your nervous system, reduce hypervigilance, and support your emotional recovery.

Boundaries &
Self-Trust

We’ll work through real-life strategies to speak up, stay grounded, and trust your gut again (even if it feels wobbly right now).

Healing in Shared Experience

You’ll be in a room—virtual, but real—with others who truly understand what you’ve been through. No judgment. No minimizing. Just support and solidarity.

A Personal Note
from Me:

Hi friend

If you’ve made it this far, it probably means you’ve been through something most people don’t fully understand—and you’re still standing.

I want you to know: your pain is real. Your confusion is valid. And your healing is so possible.

This group is a place where you’ll be met with truth, compassion, and the tools you need to start clearing the fog and reclaiming your life.

You don’t have to stay stuck. And you don’t have to do it alone. With care,
Marcia
